SFA Provider Summary Report
The SFA Provider Summary Report shows a wide range of monthly learner figures (such as starts, leavers, achievement rates, etc) over a contract year.
Parameters
- Centres to include - This will filter the report by the selected centres.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, this will remove obsolete assessors from the filter parameters (if assessor is chosen as a grouping). Also, if grouped by assessor, it will group learners with obsolete assessors under a No assessor grouping.
- Contract year - The report will show results for the selected contract year.
- Grouping - The report will group results on the selected category (see Layout for more details).
- Filter - This lets you choose the specific values to group on. For example, if the grouping is set to Assessor, the filter will let you choose the assessors to include.
Layout
The report shows a large table of figures, with the description on the left (e.g. starts, leavers, etc) and the months across the top. The report also summarises quarterly figures (Q1 to Q4) and the year-to-date figures (YTD). If the report is run for the current contract year then the displayed months / quarters will only go up to the current month. For previous years, all months / quarters are shown.
The first page of the report is always the total summary - i.e. the figures for all groupings, filtered only by the centres to include parameter. The rest of the pages in the report are for each grouping value selected (e.g. if you are grouping on assessors then there will be a page for each assessor). The grouping value for each page is shown on the far left of the report.
Clicking on any figure will show a drilldown report listing the relevant learners or aims.
